Delete your data

1. Disconnect an account in Guru Social Pilot

Sign in, open your brand, go to Accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account. This deletes the account's access tokens immediately, so we can no longer publish to it or read from it, and cancels any posts to it that haven't been published yet.

2. Remove the app in the network's settings

You can also remove our access from the network itself. Guru Social Pilot then stops working for that account straight away.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings › Security and login › Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Guru Social Pilot, and remove it. Meta notifies us automatically and we disconnect those accounts and delete their access tokens. If you also ask Meta to delete your data, we delete the comments we synced too and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
• Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• LinkedIn: Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services permissions.
• X: Settings › Security and account access › Apps and sessions › Connected apps.
• Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Tumblr and Mastodon: the "Apps" or "Connected apps" section of your account settings.
• Bluesky: delete the app password you created for us. Telegram: remove the bot from your channel. Discord: delete the webhook.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email info@gurualpha.com from the address you use to sign in, and say whether you want your own account deleted or, if you are the workspace owner, the whole workspace. We confirm by email and delete within 30 days:

• your user account and sessions;
• for a workspace: its connected accounts and tokens, posts, media files, results, comments, link pages and team;
• data received from social networks about those accounts.

We keep invoices for as long as the law requires, and backups are overwritten within 30 days. Read more in our privacy policy.
